I'm an Irish citizen who has worked in Israel/Palestine for over 3 years. I've never felt threatened by Israel or Israeli security - in any way - but I've frequently felt threatened by Palestinian security in my time here, especially when I've been crouching by the side of the road as Hamas rockets have rained down on Israeli territory. Israel is very restrained in its actions towards its Palestinian neighbours, I believe. The Palestinians are DEFINITELY in the wrong in this conflict - period! The civilised world MUST stand by Israel - with absolutely no preconditions - in order for peace to reign here. If the world does not COMPLETELY support Israel, it will simply feed into the absurdity of the so-called "Palestinian cause". There is NO "Palestinian cause", just as there is no "Palestine", in reality. The world must stop letting Islamist terrorists like Hamas and Hezbollah have their way with Israel. There is no finer country in the world than Israel, and there are no finer people in the world than Israelis. The world should support them fully and celebrate their determination to stand against the REAL Mid-East aggression ... Islamic aggression.
